Paid services and subscriptions
Certain AppNowLegal features require payment. Paid services can include subscription plans, one-off consultancy fees and bespoke document packages. Pricing options are described on the site and in client agreements.
Pricing: Fees for paid services are set out on the AppNowLegal.pro pricing page or in individual engagement letters. Example: a startup compliance package may be billed monthly or as a one-time fee depending on scope.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and approved invoice arrangements. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers. Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid service interruptions.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To cancel, follow the account management process or contact [email protected]. Example: canceling before the next billing cycle prevents future charges but does not refund prior periods except as set out below.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For example, duplicate charges or clearly demonstrable billing errors may be refunded after verification. Routine dissatisfaction with outcomes is evaluated against the specific engagement terms and cannot be the sole basis for a refund in all cases.
Cancellation: To cancel paid services, use your account dashboard or contact billing. Cancellation may lead to loss of access to paid features; data retention policies apply and are described elsewhere in these terms.
Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes, duties or other governmental charges. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases, unless the invoice states otherwise.
Price changes: AppNowLegal may adjust pricing with prior notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material price increases affecting active subscriptions where practicable.
Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services and referral to collections for outstanding amounts after reasonable notice.
